Shipping Policy

We currently ship domestically within the United States.

  • Orders placed on our site are processed Monday-Thursday. If you submit an order Friday through Sunday, please be aware that your order will not be processed until the top of the following week. 

  • In-stock items generally ship within 3 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 3 weeks from time of purchase. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will send you an email notification within 2 business days.

  • ​Deliveries typically range from 1 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping location and which shipping option you choose. Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail, which typically ships within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary. If your delivery is over a holiday, please add additional time. All standard delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping fees will be added to your final purchase. Shipping rates may vary based on which carrier and shipping option you choose.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a no refund policy.

  • We are unable to accept returns on our products. This allows us to ensure the products are in good condition, untampered with and have adequate shelf life.

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled, so please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item unused in its original product packaging along with the shipping package/label and reach out to our team immediately by email or submitting a contact us form. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
