Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently ship domestically within the United States.

  • Orders placed on our site are processed Monday-Friday. If you submit an order Saturday or Sunday, please be aware that your order will not be processed until the following week. 

  • In-stock items are generally processed and ready ship within 3-7 business days. Please note this does not include actual shipping time. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you within 2 business days to notify you and resolve the issue.

  • ​Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail, which typically ships within 1-3 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your proximity to the shipping location and other factors. If your delivery is over a holiday, please expect additional time, and please note there may be delays due to Covid. All standard delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping fees will be added to your final purchase. Shipping rates may vary by  weight, carrier and shipping option.

Pre-Order Items

  • Items indicated as pre-order can be purchased and reserved before the item is (back) in stock, so that when it's available/replenished you will receive yours before others, or before it sells out again. 

  • Although order processing and shipping times may vary, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipment of pre-order items. You will receive email notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up. 

  • Please note that if you have multiple items on your order, and at least one is indicated as a pre-order, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

Local Pick-Up
  • Free local pick-up is available in Norfolk, VA.

  • Our current local pick-up location is 6870 N. Military Hwy. Norfolk, VA 23518. This location is for scheduled pick-ups only. Not for in-person shopping or drop-ins. 

  • When your order has been filled you will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up along with available pick-up dates and times. 

  • You will have the option to choose from available dates and times to arrange your pick-up.

  • When you arrive at the pick-up location at your scheduled date/time, please text or call 757-384-1258, and someone from our team will meet you with your order. 

  • If you are a no show at your scheduled pick-up date/time and fail to communicate with our team to reschedule, your order will be canceled and will not be refunded. 

  • If you are running a few minutes behind to your scheduled pick-up please contact us in advance by text or call to 757-384-1258.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a no refund policy on all orders.

  • We are unable to accept returns on our products. This allows us to ensure that products are in good condition, untampered with and have adequate shelf life.

  • Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled, so please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us immediately. Once payment has processed, your order cannot be canceled or modified. 

  • If you believe you received the incorrect product, please keep the item unused in its original product packaging along with the shipping package/label and reach out to our team immediately by email or submitting a contact us form. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
