Customizable Products

Products featured on our site are as is and cannot be customized.

If you are a business interested in a custom tea blend, please contact us with your request. We will review, and determine if your request can be fulfilled. After confirming your order request, you will receive an electronic invoice. Your order will not be processed until your purchase is complete. Please carefully review your order before confirming and finalizing your purchase, as custom orders are non-refundable.

Custom products are offered at the discretion of our team, typically have volume/quantity minimums, extended lead times, and fees associated with them. Please note that 1/2 lb (8 oz) is our standard volume for custom blends, and the turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from when payment is received. Customized products are non-returnable.
