To complete an order, visitors must share their contact information (name, e-mail, phone number and shipping address) and billing information (credit card number and expiration date) with us. This information is used to process and ship your orders.

We invite visitors to subscribe to our website and newsletter to receive updates and special promotions. We ask for e-mail contact information to assist in this process. All customers automatically receive our newsletter and email promotions. Should you wish not to receive these periodic emails/newsletters, you may opt-out. 

Information Sharing

Soul Stir Tea & Wellness LLC is the owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent this information to any third party. The only companies with whom some information is shared are our shipping and bill carriers, in the processing of your order.


Customizable Products

Products featured on our site are as is and cannot be customized. If you are interested in a custom tea blend, please contact us with your request, including any specific preferences that you may have, if you are caffeine sensitive and if you have any known allergies. Once we've reviewed and  confirmed if we can fulfill your request, we will send a purchase order for your review. The purchase order will not serve as a form of payment. Please carefully review your order before confirming and finalizing your purchase, as custom orders are non-refundable.  After confirming your order, you will receive an electronic invoice. Your order will not be processed until your purchase is complete.  


Custom products typically have order minimums, extended lead times, and fees associated with them. Please note that 1/2 lb

(8 oz) is our standard volume for custom blends and the turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks from when payment is received. Customized products are non-returnable.
