1-2 tsp. per cup for 7-10 minutes at 212 degrees F.

Prepare with milk/milk alternative to create a beautiful and uniquely delicious "Golden Milk" herbal latte.
Recommended Preparation (stovetop): Simmer 2 tsp of our Golden Chai loose tea in 1.5 cups of milk/milk alternative until the milk begins to boil (be careful not to let the milk boil over). Continue to let it simmer on low until the milk starts to turn golden (approximately 10 minutes total). Remove from stove, strain & enjoy! Sweeten to taste - honey is recommended if adding sweetener.
Golden Milk lattes can be enjoyed hot or iced.
